Art is a small flame in the modern world, when it was once a roaring fire. The human being was put on this world to find joy, to create, to inspire, and to thrive. In the best of times this is seen - people love to being beauty to fruition.However, there is a growing shadow of thought that art is only for consumption, for corporation, and for greed-fueled solicitation. The modern world of art is tumultuous, with capitalistic venom devaluing both art and artists alike. AI "art" pushes out and demoralizes an entire generation of budding artists.As human beings, we yearn to do what we love and dread to do what we hate. AI was invented to do the work we did not want to do so that we may continue to chase our best lives. Instead, these unfeeling, unknowing programs are taking our joys from us - and leaving us with the menial tasks we hate.The Limited Supply Series is the culmination of my despairs and hopes - it is something a corporation nor an AI could ever hope to make. It is personal, it is not perfect, and it is fun. I hope that one day, artists can make art because we yearn to, and not because the wheel of media demands more blood. Enjoy these simple wonders, on the house.

So, is this art? It was drawn, but you wouldn't find it on display. Could you draw this? I don't mean draw it better. Could you replicate this by hand? Could an AI? How much of me would it need to steal before it could produce this by itself? How much do artists have to lose?

To what purpose does this design exist? Who is it for? Is there purpose to art without purpose? Does an idea with no machine to feed become useless?

Isn't this nonsense? If the point of a piece is to challenge the point of any piece, is it redundantly made? Would you expect it to have more meaning, or to look different? Sometimes, it is not the subject matter that defines the subject, but the context it exists in. This is a lesson AI cannot reproduce.

I've gone from the pages of a sketchbook to the layers of digital media, and beyond into the frames of animation.
